We both tried their IPA and that was quite good. For the main course, we both had the fish & chips plate. This was not your usual plate of fish. They served three different types of fried fish. One was haddock, one was salmon, and I don't recall the third type. As we were eating the fish we noticed that the bottoms of two of them were burned.

Came for a later dinner with the family. The food is fairly basic pub food but they do a very good job of the basics, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered - and we ordered pretty much everything on the menu. Highly recommend the chicken wings - they’re made with one of their beers and the sauce is finger licking worthy.

Excellent beer which rotates regularly. I have never had a beer that I didn't love at Siboire. The food menu is small but also excellent - I have had nachos, salad and frites. All delicious. They also have pizza and a few other things. A real gem in Sherbrooke. Highly recommend this place, very nice
