Poor service. We ordered a chest freezer in October and were promised it would arrive within two weeks. Two weeks later, we call them and it's not in, and they promised to bring one from Montreal within 10 days. Again, it does not happen. We finally received our freezer January 2nd. I had previously ordered a box spring from RD (which also arrive later than they promised), and instead of using the new address I gave them since I moved, they used my old address. We realized this a few days before the delivery and called them and they said they updated it. They did not. The freezer was delivered to my old address; thankfully I am friends with the person who lives there and she was able to direct them to my new address. The delivery men then complained about how they only had 15 minutes per delivery (yet we were given a 4 hour window of when they might arrive). They complained the freezer would not fit into our basement. We ended up telling them to leave and we brought the freezer inside ourselves--it fit. They also tipped the freezer upright while bringing it out of the truck and they parked dangerously on the side of the road despite our parking lot being empty.

You can buy by financing. Desjardins Accorde, by 9.9% interest in 60 months. BUT they supposed to deliver my TV stand on 28 of June as they promised, but they hadn't that in their stock. They delivered that 3weeks after! Why you sell something that you don't have?! They even didn't accept for the refund!

This store is really a disappointment. I ordered on 15th of May and asked to deliver my stuff on first week of July. When I tried to contact them for an update. they said sorry we do not have your stuff yet and they will be delivered in mid July. it is 14th of July. I don't have my furniture yet. They do not answer the calls or emails.

Very bad experience, my command was not even in the store and they kept me waiting for 2weeks before telling me I will get my money back.
