I bought my new fridge here through their sales rep Antoine who was amazing! From the moment I asked for his help on the sales floor to narrow down my choices for our new fridge and get advice on the most reliable brands to his follow up with me at the delivery stage, Antoine really demonstrated excellent customer service. He has been friendly, efficient, knowledgable and very quick to respond to my emails with questions, especially for statue updates on the availability of the fridge due to a backorder issue. As both a customer and someone who has worked in various customer service roles myself, I know it is pretty rare to encounter someone who is so incredibly easy to work with that leaves you so satisfied with how you have been handled at every stage in the process and that prompts you to actually take the steps to provide feedback to their manager. Antoine definitely projects an incredibly positive image of the company and I can guarantee I will highly recommend any of my family and friends who are in the market for new appliances to shop here! Antoine, it has been a pleasure working with you and will definitely be in touch when we are shopping for our next appliance!

Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise, vendeur nous recommande un appareil (cuisinière inox samsung), notre demande concernant cet appareil qu'il soit résistant aux taches et j'ai payé un supplément pour ça et ce n'est pas la réalité, l'appareil a toujours l'air sale...vraiment déçue ! J'aimerais ete avec marque frigidaire
