Worst post-sale service ever. We spent a lot of money for our patio, called to get help, got sent back and forth through every department only to have them laugh at us later on when they failed to deliver all of our materiels. This experience with them was a total nightmare...never again.

By far, our favorite hardware store. Much better prices than the other same type stores in the Sherbrooke area. Absolutely stellar service at the plumbing counter. Thank you and Bravo Canac Rock Forest!!

Great hardware store with a good variety of products, great prices also, staff always welcoming and willing to help, hopefully they will open one in Montreal.
CANAC is a real 'find'. Unlike many larger hardware stores, the staff generally knows a lot about about the products, or can quickly find someone who does. The prices are a real surprise, being lower generally than any other stores at all like it in the Eastern Townships. There is also excellent variety. I often go the extra 'mile' to shop wisely, and Canac is most certainly my large store of choice.
