Please do not lose your money to this company especially in Covid times where travel is uncertain and continuously changing with restrictions. My family and I booked with this shuttle service in March. Less than 24 hours after booking we cancelled our booking as our flights were cancelled for the following week. We have since moved to BC and no longer require this service. We have called the company numerous times and sent multiple emails over the last 6 months. We have not received a single reply to our emails. When a staff member does answer the phone they are unwilling to listen to our situation, they inform us that if we have not received a reply to our email there is nothing more they can do before hanging up the phone. I have never encountered such appalling customer service where they hang up on you mid sentence. We have requested to speak to a manager, a supervisor and the owner but this has never been possible. I understand that these are difficult times but the companies refusal to communicate with us despite taking hundreds of dollars from us for a service they have not provided is despicable. As we cancelled 72 hours before our departure of booking we are within our rights for a full refund according to their policy. We have had to track down the owner Gérard Desbiens through the use of a laywer so we can simply speak to someone regarding the situation. Please do not waste your money with company and their terrible customer service and their disrespect for paying customers.

Wish I could give them no stars. WORST customer service ever! I booked a round trip ticket with them for June but I had to cancel it due to COVID. I emailed and called multiple times in March and no one answered or replied to my emails. At the end of May, they sent me an email saying they'll give me credit for my tickets. This was a breach of their terms and service since I contacted them multiple times over 24 hours before travel and requested for a refund. I ultimately had to open up a chargeback through my credit card company to get my money back. Even with the credit card company contacting them they did not contact them back. Shame on this company!! (Bonus - their toll-free line is French only, good luck if you only speak English/have basic French!)
Horrible customer service! Purchased a ticket mid March 2020 which was later cancelled due to covid. They sent me an email indicating that it was cancelled and that they would credit my account so that I can use it at a later date. However, I moved across the country and do not require a credit to my account as I will not be back to Montreal and won’t use it. I asked that the credit my credit card due to my circumstances. I sent them multiple emails letting them I know of my situation with no response from them. Called them today after patiently waiting and they refuse to credit my credit card and do not care that I have moved. Horrible customer service, they don’t care about their customers and do not take special circumstances into consideration.
I booked a trip for a colleague who was told by the agent at the airport her wait time from YUL would be longer than 45 minutes despite the contract which says 0-45 minutes wait time. We had to make alternative travel plans due to time constraints, and they offered no refund despite their failure to honor the contract. I called in to discuss with their customer "service." The lady I spoke to said she went back and listened to the phone call my colleague had with the driver and that my colleague was told the wait time would be 45 minutes. The problem with this statement is that my colleague NEVER CALLED ANYONE at Aeronavette! Aeronavette - a nice concept destroyed by terrible customer service
Very bad experience and the worst customer service ever.
My flight was cancelled because of the storm and it was super easy to call - reach an actual person - and get rebooked. The staff was super friendly and I felt I was really taken care of. I will most likely take it again the next time I travel.
