Very nice and friendly staff. Able to answer any questions or issues I had with my pool. Very affordable as I picked up all my items in one stop. The practice social distancing and make it a safe place to shop. Lots of parking and easy to park. Handicap friendly.

These folks are fantastic in everything they do. They installed our pool 6-7 years ago and we have been totally satisfied with the servicemen get from them. We have even recommended them to many people and 2 alone on our street ended up getting pools from them... The staff at the store (Kingston) are top notch and know their stuff about pools. We love that this is a family run business and even their children are now working in the store. Thanks Shelin! Keep up the good work
Always have great support and service from Shelin Pools! They installed my pool in 2004 and the Kingston store has been my go to since they opened. Soooo happy they are now in my neighbourhood, YES, great shop! Anthony and all staff have been helpful, honest and above reproach throughout my years of business with them. Thanks so much! :)
Shelin installed my pool last spring. Everything was great last summer. This year, opening it up they were great at the new location on Midland Ave. Answered all my questions and made a few recommendations. I would have no trouble recommending Shelin to friends. Always treated me with respect. Amy and crew are doing it right.
Shelin installed your pool 11 years ago and did a great job, never had an issue since...Knowledgeable owners and staff always willing to answer your questions. Stopped into the new location during their grand opening and was really surprised how much better is was than their old location. The store is big and bright, well laid out with everything you would need for your pool or spa. Spoke with both Anthony and Amy and they were the same as always, their customer care has remained all these years, regardless if you are a new or returning customer...
