Unfortunately I have to leave this poor review, as even though I am disabled and unable to make it to the post office on time for my packages all the time, they are denying me their disability option of having my mail delivered to my door because of where I live. It come to the point where I am shutting down my p.o. box sending my mail to another address and shipping my parcels and packages through another,more expensive, company. The workers are kind and try their best, but their hands are tied tight with red tape and no one else to contact for high up help. This review is against the branch itself and not the employees.

I think this particular post office exists in some bizarre-o world where the customer is always wrong and not worthy of the service provided here. Do yourself a favour, and drive down to Orangeville or Caledon East, you'll be glad you did.
There is major flaw at Canada Post due to the fact I have been living in Shelburne Ontario since August 2019 and on multiple occasions my mail has been placed in the wrong box. I have had people come all the way from Cook Cres. To drop mail off to my door as it was placed in their mailbox by mistake and another time a package that was supposed to dropped off at my door step was found at the side of my house where I had all kinds of equipment like gravel and supplies for work on the house shoved in between the supplies. The topper that pushed me to write this review is just last week I was expecting a package from HBC worth over 300 was again misplace as I did not receive my order and I received an email declaring that it was delivered to my box. Now I have wait over 21 days to to find out if I can get back my order or if I just lost all my money. I will NEVER AGAIN USE Canada Post for any reason. I rather pay extra to ensure that any of my mail is sent through a different carrier. Very upset and devastated as money is hard to come by and this business has been around for too long and I am pretty sure they are insured but yet I was not offered any refund of the package they have misplaced. I really hope that HBC has a way to ensure that my money is not lost. My advice is not to order anything online if you live in this area as your probably not going to receive it and someone else will get a nice gift on behalf of of your local Postman.
