Specialized in making terroir products, Distillerie Shefford is producing a unique Maple Eau-de-vie, named Acerum, available at the SAQ stores, in Quebec. The White Acerum is unaged, while the Brown Acerum is aged in oak barrels. Both products are sold at 40% abv in 500 ml bottles. Distillerie Shefford will also start shortly producing whisky from the grain growing on the distillery's land.
