Such a beautiful studio! It's a dream to dance and take classes in this space!
This is THE place to go for pole dancing! The instructors are all very motivating and informative and can provide variations of dance/trick moves depending on your level. I had a back injury (slipped disk) when I started and Monique was super patient and walked me through various modifications so that I could continue to dance. I strongly encourage those who are pole dancing or want to try to go to SHE!
I live pretty far from this studio so I don't take regular classes, but every time I go for workshops or just a class here and there, everyone is super welcoming and supportive. I always feel comfortable and just as much a part of the group as any of the regulars. Great classes, great experiences, highly recommend!!
Love Monique at She Pole Dance. Monique (Jane, Dawn and Shannon) is very understanding and makes you feel so comfortable. I have been going for 3 years and absolutely love pole dancing because of her. It's a big family and I highly recommend this studio because she cares and will work with you.
