Had my brakes done here last year on one vehicle and the front pads and rotors had to be replaced within 11 months (19,000km). Then I brought it in again within 4 weeks before the warranty was up on the back brakes as they were wore out as well. I did not pay for labor or new product for the brake job for both follow-up visits, there was no question about it, 100% covered and hassle free. Great customer service, very friendly, and very knowledgeable, but I wasn't impressed with the product that was put on my vehicle. I wouldn't mind paying more for a better product, but that option wasn't presented to me. If anything else was wrong with my vehicle I would 100% trust these guys to do the work, but if I were to have my brakes done again I would have to have a discussion first.
Always like to support local businesses, but unfortunately I can’t this time. Staff was nice but the quality of the work was poor. Needed a new flex pipe, they did the work and told me it had a one year warranty. Had to return just 30 days later because of the loud noise. They patched it up under warranty ( was still a bit loud but lived with it. Just a month after the warranty ran out I needed a whole new flex pipe. Not good enough imo.

Was quoted 3 times the price at the dealer to fix the exhaust, Shawn's muffler was able to get us in quickly, and price as awesome. Car purrs like a kitten again. Highly recommend.
