I have worked with Michael Battler prior to him establishing CDM Retail and after and have known him professionally and personally for over 20 years. Michael is extremely competent in an often misunderstood space in the retail industry - that of store planning, store renovation, and the entire store design/fixture design and placement. Michael is hard working, creative, thorough and a strong communicator that works well with clients. He takes the time to ensure the client fully understands all aspects of the project. Michael has primarily used his skills within the retail arena, but I understand he works on renovations and planning in all areas. He has served the Retail industry in a volunteer capacity in many positions, including President, of the Retail Council of Canada's British Columbia division. I recommend Michael without hesitation.
