I ordered shaw internet for the Black Friday Deal that comes with a cheap cell phone plan. Unfortunately the self connect option didn't work and I needed to call support. I was absolutely amazed that the techs were available the next day. They came to my house and had to climb up the power pole to activate my coax connection, then ran coax cable through my basement and into my living room to hook up to my computer. They were here for 20 minutes and worked extremely fast. I was incredibly impressed with their support. The 2 techs that visited my house were professional and worked very quickly. They deserve a raise

So I went cause I heard that their cell phone plan was inexpensive. Not only was that wrong, but they told mistruths about my previous provider. Their current promotion that ties their mobile service to cell service us a farce. They were easily 30 a month more for less service and options than my regular mobile provider.

Worst cable and internet company possible they have zero respect for there customers and the situations they are in they will not work with a customer and do not care to make payment arrangements that actually are suitable for a company they are loosing business every day because the company no longer wishes to have anything to do with there customers and will no longer speak in person about it and request said amount that is outrageous for the situation I am in and will not have anything to with it all computerized I will be making sure to find new company after this

Quick courteous service at the kiosk. Both times there, they didn't oversell on plans and got a good deal, even compared to contract pricing; unlike Shaw customer service who phone and try to get you on a contract.

Liars and Cheats (the company, nothing against the Med. Hat staff). Moved here a year ago, arranged for services online. Literally while driving the van, got a call offering free cable for 3 months. OK. Also if you take the phone for a month, you don't pay hook up. OK again. Get my first bill, I'm charged for cable. Phone, the person insists there's never any free cable deal. Liars. I point out, they called me. What I signed up for online was internet only. Eventually, I get the cable for free. After a month, I call and cancel the phone. Call and ask about charges on my bill more than once, every time I say, phone's cancelled right? Today I find out from the guy at the kiosk, no, it was never cancelled. I've been paying for the phone for a year, despite having cancelled it 11 months ago. The charge wasn't obvious because to make up for being charged for cable, there's a promotional fee taken off. What a bunch of scammers. Don't go here, not worth trying to figure out their web of deception.
