Worst telecomm, easily. Internet cut out 20 November, could not get in contact with a human for six hours. When I finally do did get in touch, it takes two hours for them to determine they can't do anything over the phone. They arrange a service call NINE DAYS LATER and the guy leaves me a voicemail saying he connected my internet. No. That didn't happen. I have to yell out my window at him and get him to come back. The saga continues. Update: it is now 3 December and still no service, and no notice about when service will be reconnected. Update: service did not get reconnected until 23 December. My bill was waived for the month I was without service, but I'm moving this month anyway and I guarantee that despite my hardship, they will not waive the cancellation fee.

Grumpy staff. Not willing to help with our questions. They actually instructed us to call the 1-800 number. The entire reason we went in was so we didn't have to deal with the long agonizing process of calling the 1-800 number. Plus they only have student rates sometimes, and they don't tell you when it's over. We were paying around 60 a month and then all of the sudden 100. Internet quality is great though (150). The very moment Bell Fibre is available to me I will be switching providers.
It's usually busy and a bit of a wait, but the service is always good :)
