Terrible service trying to access an advertised promotion. So much red tape I believe this promotion was given to very few people because of the conditions. 3 trips to the physical store only to be told different things each time including you have to chat with Shaw to get this offer. After chatting for 4 plus hours we were told sorry you have to go to the store. After this run around I will be selling my Shaw stock. This is a terrible way to attract new customers. Hours of wasted time, honestly I would look elsewhere for cell phone plans linked to internet service. If I could give zero stars I would.

The thought of giving a one star review bothers me, in fact its the only negative review I have ever left on Google. The mobile service works, that is if you can get them to setup it up right, the service is absolutely deplorable and at least polite. I had my fiancé added on March 7th, 2021, and guess what, it is the 10th, and nothing (with lots of back and forth with Shaw giving me ranges from 12 to 48 hours), and the ported Rogers number is sitting in limbo, while she has nothing, so it will be about 4 days before she has her number. The worst part of it all, is that it all started when a Shaw personal ended their conversation with me after I told him I wanted to speak to a manager (which was a first on my end, a tribute to their poor service). So think twice if you are switching out from Rogers, you may pay more there, but at least they know how to port numbers (and wont end conversations with you).

They have a nice building and the office on ground floor is neat and efficient. Their wi-fi, internet services are ok.

Absolutely disgusted with shaw. Booked 1.5 weeks in advance and still can't figure out how to do a simple cable/internet switch bc I know we had problems before. Glad I get to loose a couple days of work because they can't do their jobs correctly. Then we call them Friday bc they didn't show up and said it was switched which is wasn't and said they will send someone out in the area Saturday or Sunday and no show . Call Monday and they say there was no note on our file. Absolute incompetence!!!

I've been trying to reach Shaw for an online order I placed a week ago but no luck. Phone/Chat conversation specialist say online team is different department and will contact me directly. I've raised Shaw feedback form request as well but no contact has been made. Totally disappointed with Shaw's customer care.
