Alexander Kiym, very polite very patient,well spoken indivual. I appreciate how fast also the time he took while I was helping my non English speaking mother to set up a new account.( She had an account in the past, I change her mind to get back). Also his manager doesn't cover his nose with his mask. Alexander always had his mask on.

We were to see Tanya at Bower Mall Shaw location today to purchase new Samsung phones. We arrived at 11:15 am. She was busy with another customer, but, she did not even acknowledge that we were there. All you have to say Tanya is " I will be with you as soon as I finish with this customer." This would have been fine. Now, we will go elsewhere. Doesn't look like we would be valued as a Shaw customer.

Terrible customer service.. SHAW records your conversation without your knowledge which I think is illegal..when online they juggle their customers.. waiting upto 5 mins for a response. Like I wasn't important, I waited this time over a half-hour before my call was answered....sometimes longer when my service was always going out Finally..we never know who or where you're being transfered to..theres so much more wrongs ..too many too list..reconsider and go with a different telecommunications

Although I'm a paying customer and the mobile service I wanted costed 0 dollars they still wouldn't help me because of a dispute I have with an affiliated company. Made me angry enough to look for internet service elsewhere.

Ajaypal at the Red Deer Shaw Bauer Mall was fantastic explained everything, we would have gone with the package he presented but our Telus contract is not up until November 2021. See you all in November 2021

It's been a while but takes forever to ever get through to the customer service, esp. if you select that you want to disconnect their service. Needed to call numerous times and I finally got through and I think it took about 3 hours of waiting to actually talk to someone. Once you got through, the agent was very helpful and reimbursed for the months of billing that I've been trying to get it disconnected but it should not be that hard to talk to someone.

All my recordings disappeared yesterday. I was unlucky enough to get a virtual helper to not help me fix the problem. I knew better than to go with Shaw...
