Very little phone stock, they have no idea when new stock of specific phones will be in. Only have 1 cashier working on a Saturday morning. I'm writing this while standing in line, which I have been for over an hour. Customer service is terrible, extremely slow, and not knowledgeable about the products or services they offer. Extremely disappointed with how difficult it has been just to get a new phone. Absolutely ridiculous.

The absolute best infrastructure. Easy to sign up, its a bit expensive. Starlink is should be serious competition soon. Customer service is not impressive at all, the parkplace location needs more staff. If i don't need to call them, everything is really awesome
