The guy was friendly. I think I would give full stars if there was a call before he arrived. The receptionist said he would arrive between 1-5 with a call beforehand. It was 109.00 for the guy to look at it for 10 seconds and say your barring is broken and you will need a new washing machine then write a report. In these cases, it would be nice to have a fee that is not more than 10% of the actual washing machine for not doing much.

Ken and the team here at Shaugnessy Appliances are the best! I have had two issues with two separate fridges. They were fast, friendly and took care of the issues. (plugged drain) Would recommend to all my friends and family.
