Outrageously bad service. Fire your staff and try again if you value any new customers. Ordered two identical drinks and they brought out a wrong one which we notified them of- then proceeded to give us the same wrong drink a second time. One of the girls rudely replied “you want it changed?” AND the guy who took our order refused to believe he got the wrong order. Rude staff WILL not be coming back. Do not recommend to ANYONE.
.25 star. Don’t go, the staff are really rude, they like to dance to loud techno music choose not to acknowledge that you’re a customer. Most likely owned and operated by wealthy teens that like bbt and don’t need your money. No signs of an adult to be seen. Be sure not to interrupt their conversation and remember to stand right in front of the til where they can hear you over the loud music. They won’t take your order if you don’t stand RIGHT in front of the machine. If you happen to get their attention they will swear at you in Cantonese or mandarin, as they think you don’t understand them. But this silly CBC does understand a little Chinese. Bottom line, the owners don’t need your money and don’t want your money so take a hike because they need to see want on their cell phone and don’t have time for you.
Won’t go there anymore.I ordered for the Boba fresh milk with no sugar however, the new staff did not put it down which make the milk too too sweet for me. The staff there is always new ones and they are really inexperienced with both ordering and making the drink. It is so disappointing.
Probably the worst Sharetea location in the lower mainland. I am an avid fan of sharetea and so is my girlfriend. Our go-to drink is Okinawa milk tea with less sugar and ice. I got my drink and was happy to dive in. Immediately after a sip, I realized the consistency was wayyy to watered-down and there was absolutely no tea taste; very bland. I simply asked the staff to re-make the drink and one staff looked at me puzzled. He asked another staff to come over and again I explained that the drink was watered-down and that there was no tea taste. Another staff came into the conversation. All 3 staff stared at me and stated that I was wrong and said that that's how the drink is made. I let them know that I always get this drink and I know it is not suppose to taste like this. They continued to stare at me and again state that I was wrong. I simply said thank-you and walked out. This is only for the Richmond Centre location though!!!

Worst Sharetea location in the lower mainland. They are so slow at making their drinks as the staff there don't know what they are doing. The minimum wait at the RC location is at least 20mins for a simple bubble tea as they staff are clueless. Either get better staff or get more staff to make those drinks as you are in a busy mall. This is only for the RC location!!
Ordered less ice but the cup is filled with 3/4 of ice instead! gave them an extra star just because the tea was alright.
