Just finished a class today - Beginner 1 for adults. Lovely staff who were patient and thorough. Followed COVID regulations so I felt comfortable and safe! Great thing to do for fall and winter.

Great place for every level of sewing... I've never been on a sewing machine ever. The one-on-one attention from the instructor was great. Learnt a lot from this introductory class and I made this fabulous tote bag all in this first class. Amazing! Fabric was provided.

We have known Sew Be It studio for over a decade now. It is a fantastic innovative studio for sewing and the staff is just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Classes are professional and fun and their attention to details is great. We did several classes, especially those involving stuffed animals for our pets, which is the studio's own unique design. My spouse did several classes learning the basics of sewing and dress making. Highly recommended!

What an amazing week my daughter had! I enrolled my daughter for the March Break Sewing Camp at Sew Be It Studio, she has never sewn before and was quite nervous and not quite sure what to expect. After the first day my daughter came home with the biggest smile and so very proud of herself while showing me her very first sewing project. The staff at sew be it and my daughters peers in her sewing group were so supportive and fun. You guys are amazing!! You have created an inclusive, fun, chill and safe environment for kids to grow their sewing skills We are booked for Summer Camp 2019 with some of the girls she met from your march break camp. See you all soon!!!

Had a wonderful time with the Sew Be It team at a recent bra-making workshop. The staff are fun, helpful and educational, and I'm looking forward to doing other classes there. If you have kids, it's a really cute idea for an after school or birthday event. They have something for everyone.

Awesome place to learn sewing techniques. They have classes for all skill levels and special interests. I took garment construction and pant drafting. I had a few years sewing behind me, however there were some things that had me stumped. Attending these classes I was able to get some help in a quick and timely fashion. They allow you to bring whatever pattern you want for garment construction. I will attend more classes here in the future. The atmosphere is relaxing and they limit their classes to I think 4-6 students that way you get a good amount of personal instruction. I really can't say anything bad about this place!

I offered a full-day class to my girlfriend many weeks ago, that should have happen today… She was prepared to get there 15-20 minutes in advance by leaving early but for some reason, the subway was down and she had to take a TTC shuttle... which has been stopped on the traffic (it has snowed all night). She had the courtesy to call Sew It to be to tell them that she will be late. The person over the phone told her that they wouldn’t accept any late… I mean... Come on guys ! Is 10-15 min going to change anything to a full day training session? She left home happy and looking forward to learn sewing, she was waiting for weeks for this session.. She came back completely desperate. It’s not even about the money (but I’m sure for you this is all about), but it’s the way you treat the people that make your company live! For 15 minutes (and maybe less), yes you have all the money in your pocket, but you lost a person that could have learned and enjoyed her day… And share good things about your company.. But instead you have this review !

I have previously done sewing at another popular studio in the city and really enjoyed it. When I moved to midtown last month I was looking for something a little closer to home and tried Sew Be It. I can honestly say that I learned more in one class here than 8 weeks at the other studio. They are true professionals who really guide you and really teach you how to create not just how to make that one item. I could not recommend this highly enough, I can't wait to keep working!!
