Girls here were friendly, but mishandled my benefits. I had to wait over a month for a pair of glasses, then correct the mistake with my benefit company. I also was left waiting on a pair of trial contacts that they said they ordered, only to find out later they were never ordered. Don't let them waste your time like they did mine, Pearl Vision in Barrie is much more professional.

Literally does not know how to make glasses they have same scratches TWICE. Not just a small scratch looks like it has been scraped against something And the prescription never looks right. HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB PLEASE.
