Had to wait 1 hour for some one load sand no one at shop

Zero star!!!! I just bought myself a brand new vehicle!! Not even two weeks old!!!!! My vehicle was heading home tuesday morning at 8:45 am today with my family and we passed four of their trucks on a paved road doing 80 km/hr !!!My front windshield was cracked!! called company to see how we could solve problem they didnt seem to care and said call your insurance! No sympathy or apologies given! Happythanks giving to you!! Im glad my newborn baby and husband are ok!!
Would have gave 5 stars but... Went there with truck to get a yard of triple mix. Phoned first. 50. Sure no problem. Go to cash window and hand the lady 60 cash. Gives reciept and thats it. I said how about change and says its 60. I didnt bother explainingher basic math. 1 star gone Went to get a yard of topsoil and thats a light yard. Ive got lots of loads before elsewhere but thats light. Pic is of load not touched yet. Will give it that topsoil seems like good quality.
Mulch is excellent, topsoil is awful. We ordered a dump truck of topsoil as the base for a new lawn. The soil we received was a heavy clay, took forever to shovel and spread and turned out to be full of weeds which choked out all the new grass seed and spread into the existing lawn. When I called to let them know, one of the landscape architects came out to take a look and told me that the soil comes from farm fields and so you're basically taking a gamble that it will be workable. He refused point blank to offer any kind of help to clean it up or give a discount on future product. This used to be our go-to place for gravel, mulch etc. but we'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
