Friendly neighbours, quiet. New park for kids to play in the immediate area of the housing so they don't have to cross the busy street. Conveniently close to the mall, within walking distance of Wal-Mart, Home Depot, makes it all the better.

Very hard to get in, management picks and chooses who she wants, waiting list doesn’t exist....she is not friendly at all and rules do not apply to everyone!
