Sometimes it's a pain having to change any sort of documentation. If anyone ever gets Amy, you are in for a treat. For such a complex paperwork situation, Amy made the whole experience painless and incredibly efficient. Even went above and beyond in assisting with other issues, indirectly related to why I was there. Thank goodness! I am so grateful we had her. If I can, I will always come back to this particular Service Ontario.
