Even if I didn't live in the area, I would come here because it would be worth a long drive to get the customer service that Dave Anderson and his staff give. It was a rainy day today and due to physical distancing measures, there were a number of us lining up outside. Dave came out to ensure we each had an umbrella and gave a woman who had just joined the line an umbrella because she was without one. He then asked each of us what we were there for and ensured we had the correct documents on hand so that we wouldn't waste our time in case we didn't have what we needed. I used to dread going to Service Ontario but since finding out about this one, I actually enjoy it!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dave many times over the years for different services that this service Ontario location has to offer and each and every single time I've needed to go there he's always the best most knowledgeable and friendly service Ontario employee that I've ever encountered at any of the numerous locations across Ontario that I've been to over the years. I can't say enough good stuff about how wonderful Dave is and how great he is at his job! Hope he never retires!

The best service I have ever received in a government office. The fellow who works here goes above and beyond every single time. I am always prepared for the ordeal or beauracracy and always leave pleasantly surprised.
