I had wonderful service today. The lady was so helpful and thorough. She was patient with my questions and answered everything. She helped me through the process of switching my plates and overall it was a very positive experience. I wish I had her name because I would love to let her supervisor know that the service was excellent!

Wait times here are no joke - and as you may suspect, you have to wait outside!!!! Appointments really need to be an option. Hello - we’re into winter and we’re eight months into the pandemic!!! The staff who work here are really friendly and helpful. It’s not there fault there are long lines. But whoever runs the place needs to make an option for appointments!!! Also, beware: NOT ALL SERVICES ARE OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION! It’s privatized, so even though it says on Service Ontario’s website that you can get things done at “your nearest Service Ontario”, that doesn’t mean this location can help you. Found that out the hard way after standing in line for an hour and forty minutes.
9-1 mon to fri... so if you have a job you’re sol just the way they like it
These ladies are amazing. They definetly know Thier stuff. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Lineup is the only bad thing but not much can be done about that
