When my basement flooded on New Year's eve, I thought 'what a nightmare lay ahead'. Well that was before ServiceMaster called me. Within a half an hour of calling my insurance company to let them know about what had happened, I received a call from Patrick at ServiceMaster assuring me that everything would be alright and that I shouldn't worry. Within an hour of his call he had arranged and dispatched a crew to my home to deal with the large amount of water that had collected in my basement. It was New Years eve!!! Not only that, but the next day, Patrick himself came out to survey the damage and further reassure me that everything would be fine...remember, that was on New Year's day!...I felt terrible that he had to work and deal with me on what should have been a day off for him. He explained everything to me in detail, and was so patient and understanding of my lack of knowledge regarding the situation. Furthermore, and at the same time, I started speaking with Jessica at ServiceMaster, to assist me with the property lost/damaged by the flood. She was so patient and kind as well, explaining to me how the process worked. I never felt rushed by either Patrick or Jessica and consider myself extremely lucky that my insurance company deals with ServiceMaster for these situations. I would highly, highly, highly, recommend ServiceMaster for any restoration needs...you will not be sorry that you did!!!

In emergencies, you want to know that you can totally rely on the knowledge, skills, and people who are helping you. Our flood left a mess and also left us unsure of the next steps to make sure that there was no additional damage from damp walls or moldy floors. Sebastian and his ServiceMaster team took the time to ensure everything was done properly, and they were always happy to walk us through the choices we had to repair the damage. No one wants to deal with a flood, but if it happens definitely call ServiceMaster. You won't be disappointed.

From start to finish this company showed complete professionalism, enter Sebastian, he told us what would happen, step by step, the team were hard working and extremely proficient... you would not believe now that the basement was flooded...amazing!!
