Service Master of Whistler is, hands down, the most satisfying professional operation I have dealt with in a very long time. They were called to remediate a sewage backup that threatened our rental schedule in Whistler. Steven Fryer, the manager, listened to what I needed, planned it carefully, and managed it to fruition with time to spare. He went to the flooring store, showed me the options via Facetime, and made sound recommendation that I followed without question. When there was bad news (the delivery of permanent carpeting could not possibly be made in time) he delivered it promptly and directly, and thus made it possible for us to come up with the solution, which was to install temporary carpeting that looks nice and will allow us to proceed without loss of rental income. Our home will be ready for guests solely because of his initiative, dispatch, and ability to organize local tradesman to get things done in time. I am 3000 miles away, but if I had been supervising everything myself, it most certainly would not have gone faster, and might well have gone slower. Service Master, David Benoit (the owner) and Steven Fryer are conscientious and honest professionals of the highest caliber. If you ever find yourself bedeviled by problems of this sort, Service Master Whistler/Squamish is the best, and most reasonably priced, solution. You won't find better people or better value.
