Chris and his entire team are amazing! I've heard nothing but nightmares when this type of thing happens and they sure made it happen in a smooth timely manner! All their trades are excellent, everyone was friendly, communication was amazing, etc 10 of of 10! My family is forever grateful for serviceMaster and we even recommended them be use FIRST to our insurance provider! We hope this doesn't happen to YOU but call Chris right away if it does! Peace,

Can’t ask for better service, fantastic people to deal with! We had a kitchen fire, and service master had us back in our home in less than 2 weeks
We hired Service Master in Saint John to clean my mothers house after her passing. They only had to clean 2 rooms and a small hallway and bathroom. They did not do the bathroom or hallway at all. there was still cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures. Gummy build up was still on the kitchen ceiling fan. They floors were not done. they removed wallpaper in the living room and left patches on the wall of glue and bits of paper. They sprayed the kitchen cupboards with some kind of cleaner and never washed it off so it left dripping marks down each cupboard which showed the dirt on them. They charged us 800.00! I told them I was not satisfied at all. They were supposed to be there all day. They stayed maybe 3 hours at the most and did not do much at all. These people are scammers for sure. They did finally gave us a discount of 15%. That takes care of the tax. But not enough of a discount to ever , ever get these guys again to do any work for my family. BEWARE

On February 28th we experienced a flood in our upstairs bathroom. ServiceMaster Restore responded to our call within 20 minutes. Andrew Whittaker’s team (Rob, Anita, Tabitha, Dan, Joe, Jay, Mark and I know there were others and I apologize for not being able to think of everyone’s names right now)have been spectacular! They are meticulous to detail, hardworking and clearly take pride in a job well done. They have been incredibly dedicated to making our house a home again and have honestly worked around the clock. I feel as though we are returning to a safer home than one we had prior to the flood. I can’t say enough about ServiceMaster! Thank you.
