In my dealings with Service Plus, I found that Dave would just tell me what I wanted to hear and whatever would make me forget the poor service that I received at this garage. On several occasions, my phone calls were not returned and a service quote that I had requested was never provided. Furthermore, there have been no follow-ups from Dave or his crew since I had arranged to have a repair job done and since I left a message to follow up on the quote that I was to have received. That does not make me feel like a valued customer. Perhaps it is because my car is not even remotely as high-end as those that are always in the shop; if that is the case, do not waste your time going to Service Plus unless you own a very expensive vehicle. I went to this location several times, hoping for the best and hoping that Dave would be true to his word in atoning for the poor service that I had previously received from he and his crew, but in the end it turned out to be just an inconvenience, a waste of money and a very poor use of my time and energy.

Service Plus Car Care Centre Is a great place. I began taking my car there when Errol very warmly welcomed the customers at the front desk. Errol retired last week :-( and now David continues that great legacy. As a woman with no mechanical knowledge, I have always felt very comfortable taking my car there. I trust David and Mark and know that my, often silly, questions will be taken seriously and my car well looked after. I rely on them and their opinion about what my car needs. I have never felt unsure about the final work. I highly recommend that place to everyone who is looking for a nice and trustworthy car service.

Great service, I bring in my daughters car for repairs, A 2000 Honda (not an exotic) LOL...as well as my two other cars.They do a great job, repair and replace what is necessary to keep the car on the road and safe.They tell you upfront what needs to be done now and what you may what to watch out for, in the future. It's also fun to see some very high end automobiles while you are waiting. Good guys Derek
