Terrible customer service. Won't help you unless technician is inside your home without guarantee of fixing the issue which just makes the customer book continuous service calls and waste time/ money

Booking the service call... took longer than I expected. Booking a date 3 weeks out. It is what it is. Luckily, Troy was able to diagnose and fix the faulty part same day. Frigidaire is well below my expectation in terms of producing a quality product.

Very bad, came checked 5 min said, said you may have to change pump ll cost 350 and even after that not sure how much work it is so buy new one. And he charged rough 100 for this. He was suppose to come in morning and in morning he changed Schedule to afternoon and then this.

I am disappointed that the technician did not do anything to trouble shoot or investigate why the fridge was not cooling. He simply used his lap top to search for prices for possible components that may have been required to fix the problem. He estimated parts and labor to be more than the fridge was worth so I paid his fee for his advice. After he left, I used a hairdryer to manually defrost the freezer, turned the fridge on and of a few times and that seems to have fixed the problem (maybe only temporarily). Just wished he had shown up with a screw driver instead of a computer.

My Dishwasher was Leaking Water and I called Samsung and they booked me appointment with these great people:) Public Electric emailed me the next day and set up appointment and Troy was coming to look at the Dishwasher. Troy called me 2 hours before coming and was on time to the dot probably 5 mins early which is fantastic.... Amazing customer service and found the problem and fixed it.... Thank you for a job Well Done and Troy thank you for doing a great job. Yes I would Refer you guys to Family and Friends.

Terrible. i should have read the reviews before i called them. We paid 400 buck and they told us the part was on warranty and when they billed us they charged us for the part. also it didnt fix the problem. wanted to charge me another service fee to come back. i called someone else.

Quoted up to a week for repair dishwasher. It's been 2-3 weeks now and they tell me it will be another 2 weeks for their "must be the only" Tech to come repair it even though they have the part. I called and asked for manager or supervisor as I feel this wait time is unacceptable and was never transferred just told "it's what we have! we don't book in advance even when waiting just for part". Lousy timeframes. Not impressed. I didn't choose repair company and definitely will avoid them in the future. As a working mom of multiple kids I do not have time to do dishes daily for months. I also don't appreciate being told 1 week when they mean more than a month.
