Way better employees then Malton and Brampton service Canada. Still they are slow but atleast they know how to treat Cx

Good service and they try to work as fast as they can for you. They can improve on the number of working people on weekdays.

Worst experience. Worst staff. Worst manager. Went in on October 28,2020. Waited in the line for 4 hours. The service provider asked for a document which was not listed online for updating the SIN number. Came back within half an hour and she asked me to come in line again. Totally unacceptable. Manager gave horrible response. Never going to come back on this location. They think people don’t have work to do.
