Convenient and excellent location. On both the recent visits, I was attended to within 10 minutes. No ling queue, only 2 persons ahead of me and socially distanced. The receptionist / guard at the entrance was polite and asked the necessary questions pertaining to the pandemic. The 2 agents who attended to me were polite and efficient.

The check in security guard brown lady at entrance has a temperament issue. Visited today and it would be wrong not to report how rude and unprofessional she acted . She obviously needs training how to act with people.
They make you come in to show your documents and then are shut for an unknown amount of time, the website to book an appointment is down/doesn't work when it loads. This is unacceptable for an essential service
Waited for two hours and issue never resolved, told application fell through the cracks, phone you will never get through so need to wait again, pretty much zero service canada. UPDATE: After sending a letter explaining my issue, it was resolved within a week
The front desk staff gave me a totally wrong information, she said I can go to passport Canada dt location directly to give my biometric there because they don’t do it at West Broadway location, but by the time when I get to passport Canada dt location they said I need to have an appointment or they will not accept the request?????? Totally wasting my time!!!
