been trying to contact anyone of your phone numbers for 7 days finally got through and was transferred to a guy selling life alert on the phone number google gives for local office? Sent e mail inquiry six days age and still have not received response to my questions. Could you extend the call center hours as no one can get through and when they do they get hung up on before call is picked up.

I’m not sure why this office has so many poor reviews! Undeserved reviews in my opinion. I went on a weekday morning around 9am and was in and out in about 45 minutes. They were short staffed the day I went, but the staff was friendly and efficient. I also really appreciate the location. I’d rather always stay on the westshore than drive into Victoria. While I was waiting, I did witness many people present with missing or improper documents. I would recommend reading what you need to bring from the Service Canada website before going into the office to speed things up for both you and the staff.

I have tried over several days to phone call bract Service Canada during afternoon hours, up till 3:30 pm MST Today I called different numbers at 3:15 and 3:25pm. The internet site showed message they would close at 4pm and on different voice messages they said they close at 4:30 and 5pm. Trouble is every time I did call at times stated above, they were always closed. A couple weeks ago when I did get through the agent told me they are open till 4:30 across all time zones which is what we should expect. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING!
