Sentient has lots of clients in GTA, it's easy to get a shift. It's the best place for new starters. You have opportunities to work in different environments, lots to learn and build a solid Child care experience. Sentient staffs are also very professional and friendly. I am enjoying working with Sentient.

sentient doesn't reply for employee concerns , never answered my mails ...didn't received my police check although paid 65 and sentient need somebody calls at 6 am without hesitation ...al the shift are sent same day morning half an hour or 15 min before the shift

I have used Sentient on a few occasions. The staff have been professional and punctual. The only issue we have ever had was Sentient didn't have any staff available. Usually its all good. Would recommend them to other centres.
