This supplier is the only one you'll find in the area that has this wide a range of products. In fact, it's pretty much the go to place for contractors and builders unless you want material delivered from Burnaby, Surrey or Langley. The service here is very good and the prices are lower than home depot's on most items. The convenience of having a local supplier is worth the pennies you'd save ordering material from suppliers in Surrey/Langley. Highly recommended.

We use to use a different lumber supply store but the price we got from Sen Western was by far the best. They also deliver aswell which is big for sites who need lumber delivered. Check them out for what they have
Worst customer service you can get from these guys! No integrity to work or listen to customers. Two Asian guys act like they are busy but when i saw thr PC they were looking at Facebook.
