I had a great experience with them, especially a lady named Viera. It's my first time even rent a storage so everything was new to me. Viera was super patient and informational. She answered all questions in detail and provided helpful suggestions. The place is also very secure and convenient. I would recommend this place to people if you need a storage.
Absolutely best storage facility on the North Shore and in the lower mainland, I have been quite the storage junkie having storage places in downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, Burnaby and a couple in North Van and West Van, I love it here, Reo and Vera are my favourites, and night time security, Joseph! they are so accommodating, friendly and will go the extra mile for you, I never really rate places, I think it's a waste of time but Self Storage Depot on W 1st is definitely one that is worth eating. AMAZING ! I am going to be so sad to leave when I move away outside of the province in the next few months.. I live in Mission currently and kept my storage here for a good reason! Will miss you guys when I leave! All the best!
Great staff Steven and Reo were great! I left my lock improperly set twice and they contacted me within a short period of time to inform me and took care of securing the locker for me until I could get there. I used 2 different storage units and they were both clean and dry. The security for my belongings was fantastic and when I move next time I will use this location again! Thank you! Joanne
