I joined Self Stor with their 3 months half off promotion. The staff were very professional and the office was kept pristine during the pandemic. I got the 5x5 storage unit and it was large enough for my boxed up items. They are very accommodating as I am moving (so emptying out my unit) in the middle of my billing cycle - they adjusted the monthly charge for this which was amazing.

This place is awesome! The units are clean, well lit, and easily accessible. The pricing is fair, and they even have a promo when you use their preferred movers (Macho Movers) who are awesome! But the real value here is with the staff; super friendly, accommodating, and professional. You can tell that pride is taken in their work, and they appreciate your business. There usually isn't too much to expect from a self-storage facility, but somehow these guys manage to go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
Clean place. Easy drive up. Well lit. Great deal ! 50% off. But the best part was the check in with Justin. Seriously, not only has this Self Store on Elmira Road, Guelph, set up excellent Covid protocols... they are also uncomplicated and a pleasure to do business with. There's so much to look after when moving, nice to get treated so well.
I wouldnt go here. All they care about is the money. Manager is not good.
