I had purchased a pair of tickets for the Michelle Obama event (over 300) that was subsequently cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. SYT refused to refund my tickets stating that \the event would be rescheduled\. I subsequently reached out once the BC restrictions and phases were identified with no response. In light of the fact that Phase 4 activities (uncluding events of this nature) cannot proceed until their is a vaccine or other significant solution (effective treatment or cure etc); it is unreasonable for Select Your Tickets to hold on to monies for what could amount to years! With the fastest successful vaccine on record taking 4 yrs (MMR) they should be obligated to refund all ticket holders now. Their actions are reprehensible and they are taking advantage of people who may have seen significant changes to their financial positions. Shame on you Select your Tickets for POOR customer service and greed.

Great service!! I tried to purchase tickets to John Fogerty online through Ticketmaster which was the most frustrating experience! I signed into my account updated my information and when it came to selecting my tickets and proceed to purchase I was asked for my email address and password again and wouldn't accept it!! After a few tries with no success, I called Select Your Tickets and had no problem purchasing them!! So grateful for the wonderful and friendly service!!
Good service. Perhaps a bit longer hours would be great and be open weekends early when there is a weekend game. and if they took Visa Debit online.. otherwise decent.
Pretty standard ticket outlet, however very friendly, courteous, and amusing staff. I especially liked the reminder to not forget my sunglasses when picking up my Corey Hart tickets!
The worst experience I've had with a merchant, ever. Yesterday, I tried to purchase online two floor tickets for Bob Dylan and couldn't get through because they had trouble verifying my credit card. I thought this was strange because everything was correct and I had money on my credit card. I called my credit card company and turns out they had charged me three times (3 x 209 and change). I phoned Select Your Tickets but management wouldn't be in until the next day to deal with it. When I phoned management the next day, I was told their ecommerce was reversing it but it could take up to three to five days for the funds to be reversed to my account. Also, if I wasn't satisfied, to call my credit card company to report unauthorized charges (I did). My credit card company had told me this is ridiculous and their company needed to phone them to get it authorized. Management had phoned back to let me know they had put through the reversal, but could still take days, leaving me without access to those funds. Select Your Tickets has wasted my time, caused me great stress and has left me worrying about my privacy and safety. I'll be getting a new credit and debit now because clearly their website and e-commerce isn't safe. I've now missed out on tickets and the only ones left are in the nosebleed section. Management also had no genuine apology for how much frustration was put upon me. This was my first and last time dealing with Select Your Tickets, which is really unfortunate to miss out on what could be amazing shows to go to in the future.
