Excellence is an understatement. Rose is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Rose did microblading on my eyebrows and permanent upper and lower eyeliner. She did an amazing job . I get compliments from my friends at how natural my brows and eyeliner look.. She was extremely patient to answer all of my questions and answers them with such knowledge. She doesn't push anything on you. She educates you. . Exceptionally clean and beautiful atmosphere. I highly recommend her services.

Rose Cruz did my eyebrows over 2 years ago at Second Skin MedSpa this was the first appointment. She messed them up so bad I had to spend another 1,100 to get them removed and fixed. She told me she knew what she wanted to fix for next time. I said no way I was letting her near my face with a blade again. I asked for my money back and her husband sent me a threatening email. She said this is what I asked for. Yeah right They aren't even and they look like I need to pluck them. They also healed a blue/grey color. I also included a picture of what they looked like before. I would NOT recommend them. Rose's husband also sent me a threatening email that he would post my face all over the Internet. Like I would be embarrassed.
I had an amazing experience. Rose is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. She is welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional with advanced technology. Rose explained everything thoroughly and answered all my concerns. My face is rejuvenated and glowing after my treatment. I am extremely impressed and satisfied and I am looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Second Skin since 2017 after meeting people throughout the city that had work done by Rose. The irony is that these persons all didn’t know each other but when I complimented them on their skin and microblading, they told me about this clinic called Second Skin and the owner named Rose. I knew I just had to book with her after seeing her work on different Toronto women. Rose is patient and tells you honestly her professional opinion and advice...and she’s always right. I have loved all of the treatments I have received over the years and appreciate that before she begins the work she shows that her tools are brand new and only being used once on you which relieves stress and helps create an environment where one feels safe to proceed with the treatments. Rose is experienced in her trade but also very personable. Booking appointments with her for treatments is like going to see a friend where you feel comfortable and at ease with her and know you’re in good and safe hands. Thanks Rose for your wonderful work! I will be a lifelong customer and continue to spread the word about you and your clinic! I highly recommend Second Skin!
My first encounter with this spa was back in 2015. For many years I had been aware of my over plucked eyebrows. Rose convinced me to give a try with micro blading and it was the best decision ever!!! I received many compliments, but I also felt so much better about my face. Amazing job Rose! Thank you for professional advice and stunning work.
I’ve been coming to Second Skin for treatments with Rose for several years now, and she always does an incredible job. Beautiful work and such a sweet lady! She’s also honest about what treatments are best for me and has even told me I don’t need certain things I was willing to pay for, which shows the great integrity she has. Money grab. They’ll only give you the time of day when you buy something. The facial I did there was a joke. I should have known better when I walked in and the esthetician immediately told me they were having a flash sale that day only. I said I wanted to think about it for a day but she told me the price will definitely go up. How convenient for me. Good thing I only bought the one treatment. It did nothing for my skin, in fact it got worse. When I called them for compensation they said there was nothing they could do. What a waste!
These positive reviews are all so fake! Instead of hiding behind your fake 5 star reviews, why don’t you build a business from honesty and quality of service? Take some classes on basic skin care and stop lying about your experience. You are dealing with peoples faces and self esteem. How do you sleep at night after taking our money and ruining our faces????
