Here's the good: Good selection, great sales, quality products. Here's the bad. Simply the rudest management I have ever seen. The floor staff was quite friendly and helpful, but when the manager stepped in I was SHOCKED at how rude she was to my wife and me. In a business that is service oriented, this store is quite literally the worst I have seen. It would seem to me that the job of the management here should be to make me want to come back, want to tell my friends what a great experience it was, leave a great review on Google. Instead I felt unwelcome, I felt like I was expected to leave, I felt like buying goods on sale was in bad taste, I felt like the manager did everything she could to make me want to go somewhere else to spend my money. I would drop names here to give anyone reading this fair warning of what to expect when dealing with a certain person; but, I didn't get her name and I would have to go back in to get it and there is not a chance I would ever do that.
