I want to recommend Canadian Clean Air Services. Many years ago, I purchased two furnaces from them. Their install service was very professional and timely. I haven’t had any issues with the units.\u0003Just recently we have had their duct cleaning at our residence. Again, the service was excellent. As always, it’s easy to book with Tina. She had a crew to my home on schedule and the people providing the service were professional and personable. I have had the pleasure to know them as a business through-out the years and am impressed at the level of service they continue to provide. They are a company that cares about their customers and employees.Call them for all your clean air needs.

***Absolutely fantastic service*** Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning. Fortunately for us there was a trade show close to our house. We knew there would be some HVAC outfits there and we went over to see if we could find some assistance. We found John and the crew from CCAS, he graciously left the trade show to come to our house to look after the furnace. After determining the failed part he drove 45 mins(one way) back to his shop to get the part and came back to install it for us. On a Sunday, while he was supposed to be working his booth at the trade show. Fast forward to the Tuesday and the furnace had once again given out. After a quick call to CCAS and they assured us that we would be made a priority. 3 hours later John was back at the house and digging into the furnace to determine what was causing this repeated issue. After a period of diagnostics it was determined that there was a serious airflow blockage in and out of the furnace. Upon checking the exterior venting on the side of the house it was discovered that our 3-year old had been placing the decorative rocks down both intake and exhaust stacks causing the air flow blockage. Jon cut off the pipes and we proceeded to remove the rocks with help of said 3 year old. Jon had to make a special trip into the city to get the 90 degree elbows to re-attach the pipes to the house that afternoon and get our furnace going again. Through-out the entire period John's professional and personable manner was on full display. His care and attention to detail as well as understanding that "things happen" was fantastic. The level of service was something that is rarely seen in today's world. I will be coming back to John and the CCAS crew for all of our future HVAC needs, while telling everyone else to go see them for theirs. *** 5 stars, Top Notch Service***
Customer service is very rare in this day and age and this company has it from the moment you call to book the appointment to the thank you for the business you get at the end of the service call. John and his helper were prompt, on time and extremely pleasant and informative. They explained exactly what they were going to do, what they found along the way, made suggestions and gave advice to be proactive with maintenance for the long run. They will definitely be our go to for all of our HVAC needs and be highly recommended to all. Thank you!

I called this company to do a routine inspection on our furnace that is original to our home,and I have to say I have never been happier with a service call! They were able to fit me in on short notice. John and Tina are fantastic people. You can definitely tell John genuinely cares about his work and clients. Customer service was AMAZING. They were available for questions whenever I needed them. Thorough, affordable. Made suggestions that worked for us and our household as well as provided an idea of timelines on the suggested upcoming repairs to expect, so we could prepare for any repairs down the road. We just had a new AC and furnace recently installed, with a UV filter. Our home is not only the perfect temperature, it is fresher too! We have pets and smokers living here, and I can’t get over how much better the air is. The customer service was fantastic, great company, good people. I’m so happy we finally did this.
