My experience was horrible from the moment I called to ask questions about the process of renting kayaks until the moment I got back into my vehicle after deciding not to utilize their services. The young staff that were working did not create a positive welcoming environment for my friends and I. As soon as we arrived to the shack the staff made us feel so uncomfortable. There was no professionalism, kindness or personality in any of the workers. When we opted out of renting, the staff members starting laughing and talking about us and stared at us the whole walk back to our vehicle. My advice would be to make sure your staff are creating a welcoming environment for every person that wants to use your service. This is such a shame because this is one of the only kayak rentals I could find on the island. I will not be coming back.

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Prices are about average for kayak rentals. Lots of places will make everyone go through crazy long explanations of how to kayak, no matter your skill level. These guys were happy to treat us like the experienced adults we were, and when it was clear we knew what we were doing they just covered the safety briefing that they have to run, and sent us on our way. Would definitely use again.

Great staff. I rented once and then ended up buying a kayak from them as there kayaks seem better than other brands I had seen. I really enjoy their professionalism and good to know I was outfitted by a pro rather than a store clerk who knows little about ocean kayaking and safety gear etc..
