After visiting the Dynacare Lab in Seaforth on several occasions, I have been most impressed with the nurse/technician working there. This lab should have a second person working there! Currently, the one lady has to answer the phone, check people in, look for their on-line record, as well as taking the blood sample (which is her main reason for being there) Management most certainly should add a second person, this would at the very least double the daily throughput . People leave rather than wait...a lost customer!

It is terrible if you work you have to take time off to get any tests done. They have one washroom and if you are trying to go it is impossible because of people knocking on the door. Hours should be set up as the same as doctor's hours. This eight til two makes it very difficult if you are not retired and are a working adult.I have to say though the girl that works there is very helpful and stayed twenty minutes longer to help me out. She is very personable and very helpful with my issues. Thank you for your help.
