Beautiful and delicious rolled ice cream. Service is slow but it's expected, you're here for the experience not necessarily a premium ice cream. The Bestani is the best flavor. They also have vegan ice cream base.

Very good place! Many choices to pick from.. but only 4 stars because they took down alot of their flavors... hopefully they add them back.. they had lots of cool flavors
Awesome place for ice cream. So many varieties and you can make your own custom made ice cream. There are countless options of ingredients selection. I tried Bestani and the taste is unbelievabley good. I really loved the place and recommend it. The price was reasonable and I don't think with that price I could get so much high quality ice cream anywhere else.
Busy but clean place. Found it entertaining to see my Ice cream made in front of us. Staff friendly and helpful. People who found it a bit on the expensive side, these guys craft your ice cream creation in front of you.
Crepes were mediocre and the portions were very small in portion for the price. They were out of one topping and it took nearly 30 minutes for one crepe order, when it was not even busy. The rolled up ice also was ok, nothing spectacular. Place wasn't busy, probably because of Made by Marcus was near by. I would recommend better Reno's to the place as the space inside could be improved. Customer service and faster service could be worked on as well.
What's not to like about this place? Whether you are going with your friends, family, children or on your own, this place has little something for everyone. To begin with, their ice-cream is awesome. Select either the available flavours from the chart or make your own combos, there are several options and all are great. Prices are fair (7.5). The staff is friendly and patient when you are taking your sweet time not being able to decide like a kid what flavour you want. They have Foosball, Air hockey table for 4, board games, a large porch swing, nice sitting arrangement and a projector always playing something on the wall. The service was quick, interior was nice, All gender washroom was clean, wheelchair accessible and with baby changing station for the families with babies or if you are a baby on your own (Boss Baby). They have free Wi-Fi They deliver They book for events They have vegan option Now, as I have reviewed this place, I want to go back and I will. Need to grab my suit, briefcase and the diaper.
Ice cream was sooooo good (didn't even taste like 'ice cream' because it was just sooooo amazing) and the staff were incredibly friendly and talkative. We went here when we planned on going to 'made by Marcus's but the line there was literally 30 minutes out the door. This place is way better and COOLER anyways. The best part was when the person making my ice cream made a slight mistake on the rolling/scraping (one of the rolls broke) so he made a completely different one as well and have BOTH... So generous because most people would've just basically said 'deal with it' to the imperfect one
