Customer Service is very rude and inflexible. After a sales rep lied to us the company doubled down on the sales rep and was unwilling to solve the issue. The supervisor then proceeded to speak down to us, eventually refusing to provide any of the requested solutions or apology. Their prices are misleading, you will pay for it when an issue comes up.
We think this is where the weird red dog dinosaur thing that ate our golden retriever came from.
