I highly recommend this scooter for anyone who has difficulty walking for periods of time. I ordered this scooter for my 88 year old mother in law who has a hard time getting around anymore. She just loves it. It came fast, easy to set up and dismantle to travel, fits in the smallest of car trunks. Works great, love the speed adjustment. Was able to get her out to a local farmers market where she spend the day scooting around interacting with vendors. It was the first time she had been out of her apartment in months besides just going to and from doctors appointment's. It gave her a new zest for life. Would love to get one for her 70 year old daughter who just had double knee surgery, and still has a hard time walking a lot so they could go to these events together.
Great guys, I got approved for financing at a fair rate when no other vendor would approve me and received my mobility scooter the very next day! They delivered it fully assembled & showed me how to use it! Couldn’t be happier.
Great service very informative and kind and understanding. This was the day I got my scooter but since then I can hardly get a response from them, they dont pick up the phone I've been waiting for a quote to hand in to dissabilty for over a month. This is for a purchase Now after reading some reviews I'm worried if I run into technical or mechanical issues I'm gonna get the run around.
Stay away from dealing with this company. Ordered and paid for a part back in July and never received it. Numerous e-mails and phone calls that were never returned. Not a good business that takes advantage of someone on a disability pension.
