Called to ask about the use of a gift card for online purchases, which is not possible. The person I talked to on the phone about this was very rude, as if I should know gift cards can't be used online. If Rona doesn't want to lose business to Home Depot they need to improve their customer service and incentive in purchasing a Rona gift card.

One of the best places for various lumber stock. They even carry some items that other hardware stores do not carry at all. The services from the many employees is always friendly and professional.

love this place my girlfriend works at another rona location and she enjoys this location as much as i do it isnt as big as some other stores but has an old town feeling, its easy to find items and they got a great lumber yard, been going here for years the staff are great people would highly recommend thanks everyone!
Very limited selection online and offline. Practialcally it is your first response Rona run out of series of barns. Good and convenient for your basic needs, but for something like gfci 20 amp or tiles you better drive to a proper full service hardware store.
