I had an xbox repaired here but it didn't work. They have a 30 day warranty on repairs so I was going to bring it back in, but Brent was so rude on the phone that I decided not too move forward with the free repair. When I tried to confront Brent about his attitude in person he called 911. Since I spoke with the OPP, Schneider's Computing has contacted (this all happened today) and I have had to involve the same OPP officer on my behalf to get them to stop contacting me. Yes, I did voice record my interaction with Brent. Thank God I did, because I had no idea he would call 911 over a customer service dispute.

I bought my laptop 10 years ago and it's still running! I finally upgraded this week and love my new Lenovo laptop! Schneider's sells quality and has been amazing help, as I'm not good with electronics.
