This management company is the worst in the Waterloo. You will not get your key deposit back. They didn't open the AC in the summer, even the temperature of the room was around 30 Celsius. The AC system stops working frequently during the summer, if you decide to live at here, you need to prepare to suffer in the summer because you cannot use AC system. The employee do nothing which can help you solve any solution, they just answer like robots and get salary from your rent. They over rent the parking lot and closed it in the mid of the term which cause me have no place to park my car. They just send back your money without any solution to the parking lot. They also come to your unit frequently to check the furnitures or something that they just checked one month ago. They are irresponsible for all kinds of services. You cannot find the manager because she always go to eat lunch when you try to talk with her. Do not rent this place!
Non-existent staff who never follows up on repairs and complaints. The management gives very little time between notice of entry and actual entry if they even do show up. One instance they locked us out of our room and then charged us 50 cash only in order to unlock our door. Incredibly shady business practices and zero tenant care is giving us a really unpleasant and unacceptable living situation considering the price we are paying.
They do not care about people at all.
Can't even provide parking for any of the tenants.
