No one ever answers their phones.or call back when we leave umpteen voicemail. I ended up using the services of a new security company. They actually answer their phones.

My experience with scarlet security has been the worst I've ever experienced in the security industry so far, it seems like the gards there are always tired and require rest and when i ask for information none of them can seem to provide me the correct information about the facility they work at . I wouldn't recommend anyone with dignity to hire nor work for this company, they lack professionalism and diminishes the integrity of the security industry. They really need to step up their game and become more professional as a company.
